| Answer: | Just to attract employers or Clients, some agency do the unethical things of passing the
agency fee cost to the poor maids, by charging them with 7 or more months of salary deduction, maid loan.
most employer dont know this, and they hapilly finalises the transaction with this agencies.
If you are an employer looking for a maid, please avoid this kind of agencies- or else you are helping them(agencies)
to put more burden to the maids -which make them not happy and may be -they will not perform excellently.
At Martino Agency, We Charge you only a Processing Fee of S$380 PLUS the Security Bond/Insurance of your choice.
The S$380 includes: Processing Fee, Entry Test,Safety Awareness Course, Medical Checkup, and Thumbprinting
The Security Bond/Insurance choices are $246.10, $267.50, $299.60
For the maid we charge only S$300 per month for 4 months - salary deduction or S$1200- Maid Loan. If either you or the maid buy her own
air ticket to Singapore.
For the direct hire -that is the employer has his or her maid by himself or herself-we charge the maid of only the equivalent of one month's
salary. It is because sooner or later we will be performing some services for her behalf.
